Paoli Elementary is launching our Backpack Sponsorship Program for the 2025-2026 school year! We want EVERY student to start the year confident and prepared — and you can help make that happen!

🧡 How You Can Help:
Sponsor a child’s backpack filled with all the required school supplies tailored to their grade level. From glue sticks and crayons to water bottles and gym shoes, you’ll be setting a student up for success this fall!

📍 Interested in Sponsoring?
Please contact the school to let us know you'd like to be a sponsor. Provide your name and phone number, and we will reach out as we are notified of students in need of assistance.

📍 Need Assistance?
Parents or guardians who need help with school supplies are encouraged to contact the school office to be added to the list of those needing assistance.

🔐 Confidentiality Matters:
Each student in need will be assigned a number to protect their identity. Only designated school personnel will have access to the students’ names and personal information. Sponsors will receive a supply list for an anonymous student.

Last JH Track meet of the season came home from Maysville Conference Meet with some medals. Lane Branscum finished 3rd place in the 100m Dash, and Brooklyn Reiser finished 3rd in the Mile Run. Congratulations to you both! All participants yesterday for the JH had at least one Personal Record for the season. ●Brooklyn Darden in discus. ●Aubrie White in Discus. ●Lila Jones Long Jump. ●Cerenity Martin 100m & Long Jump. ●Brooklyn Reiser 200m, 1600m, & Long Jump. Personal Records on all 3 of her events. ●Lane Branscum 100m. ●Patrick Peterson 100m. ●Moses Sumner 100m. I will update specifics later this week once I get stats compiled. I am proud of our JH athletes as Pug Nation should be as well. Way to work hard this season and push to improve each meet. Way to finish strong. Go Pugs! -Coach Sumner

Here is the Order of Events for the Conference meet at Maysville today. We will be leaving school after lunch. We anticipate being back by 6. Thank You and Go Pugs!

Testing for elementary students, including 7th and 8th graders, begins tomorrow. We ask for your help in ensuring that students are well-rested and prepared to do their best. Additionally, please ensure students arrive at school on time to avoid disrupting the testing process.

Tomorrow there is no school. We have prom tomorrow evening with promenade starting at 6:30pm. Prom will be at the cafeteria and promenade will take place at the west side of the elementary. Thank you and we wish our students and staff a good and safe prom!

Pre K pre enrollment for next school year is happening today! 8-11 & 11:30-2pm. Spread the word!

The FFA CDE contest at Seminole State tomorrow has been cancelled.

Tomorrow, April 9th there will not be PreK classes, Mrs Davis will be having PreK pre enrollment for next year. Friday there will not be school for the District. Monday, April 13th, PreK classes will resume.

Just for clarification, there was a shooting in Pauls Valley, and at the time the assailant's whereabouts was not known which led to us going into lockdown for the safety of our students. We were notified by law-enforcement that that suspect has been apprehended and were given the all clear.

We have been given them all clear now from law-enforcement

Payola schools will be going into a lockdown due to a shooting nearby and no one will be allowed to leave or pick up students until we get to all clear from law-enforcement

Senior Class of 2026 parents: We need 3-4 baby or toddler pictures for the yearbook and senior slideshow. Please send them to Mrs. Price via email (karen.price@paoli.k12.ok.us), direct message on Facebook, or bring physical pictures to the office to be scanned. THANK YOU!!

Tomorrow we will be sending out pre enrollment forms for the 2026-2027 school year for elementary and high school. Please send them back by Thursday, April 9th. April 9th will also be Pre K early enrollment. Mrs Davis will have enrollment from 8-11:00am and 11:30-2:00pm. We will also have a link to enrollment forms on the school website. If needed, Tornado shelters on Paoli School campus are available for community use. There are now 3 shelters.
